CATAPA Launches Free Payroll Solutions for MSMEs


Reported by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), Indonesia's economic growth in the second quarter fell by 5.32% compared to last year due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Likewise with MSMEs, according to the Minister of Cooperatives and UMKM, it is predicted that around 47% of MSMEs will close their businesses due to the impact of this pandemic. Various efforts have been made by the government to maintain the stability of the Indonesian economy, including providing fiscal stimulus in the form of PPh 21 relaxation and financial sector stimulus in the form of credit restructuring for MSMEs.

As a form of concern for MSMEs so that they can continue to develop at times like this, CATAPA launched the #CATAPAFREEforUMKM program, which is a payroll and employee management solution that can be obtained for FREE for Indonesian MSMEs which includes monthly payroll, employee attendance data management and other employee data management. With this solution, business actors no longer need to perform payroll and employee data management manually so that business actors can focus more time on developing their business and avoid conflicts that may occur with their employees because the company does not immediately implement the latest government payroll policy.
